Container Village in the East End near the docks

Cycling around the docks near the River Lee where it enters the Thames we came across this workplace where they construct these container houses

Saw these in Warwick, UK. Impressed by how they have stood there for all those years and even today it is accepted as OK and people still live and work in them.

This delightful houseboat on the Thames near Canary Wharf. Note the power cable connecting those living on board to Terra Firma. Don’t think it would have got a Seaworthiness Certificate though.
