Greymouth to Lake Brunner

Left Greymouth and drove toward Reefton and then took a left turn up the valley toward Nelson Creek, an old gold mining town and then crossed over to Lake Haupiri and went as far as I could up the Valley without getting eaten by the natives. quite by accident I discovered the site of the Gloriavale Community on the other side of the lake. It really is aa glorious place. I then retraced my steps a bit and cut across to Lake Brunner which was still shrouded in mist when I arrived at 4:30pm, still an all day pea-souper. The shots were taken the next morning
