Birds at Mullet Bay

Spent some time watching the Titi birds. Otherwise known as Sooty Shearwater or Mutton birds. Amazing to be in the center of a flock that must have numbered in the order of 100 thousand. I really can’t say but they were endless. When they decided to move on I was lying on the beach and they flew over me with out ceasing for about 10 minutes.

Parked up here for the night. This is Mark’s slipway. I did appreciate staying in such a wonderful place.
